神戸シェアハウスは一軒家を改装した小さな女性専用のシェアハウスです。
神戸市兵庫区のJR兵庫駅近くと、長田区の地下鉄上沢駅近くに1軒づつございます。
管理人は10年間海外に住んでおりましたので、英語のお問合せ対応も可能です、外国人の方も歓迎です。
Kobe Share House is a cozy, ladies-only share house converted from a traditional small house.
We offer two convenient locations: one near JR Hyogo Station in Hyogo Ward, and another close to Kamisawa Subway Station in Nagata Ward, Kobe City.
With a house manager who has lived abroad for 10 years, we are happy to assist in English.
International residents are warmly welcomed!

キャナルハウスはJR兵庫駅から徒歩7分にある3階建て200㎡の一軒家を改装したシェアハウスです。
7つの個室の家賃は44000円～55000円(光熱費、共益費込み)、全て家具家電付き、窓あり、Wi-Fi利用可で手荷物一つですぐにご入居頂けます。共用スペースは洗面台、シャワー室、トイレ、洗濯機を全て二か所づつ用意しております。
また、JR兵庫駅付近はスーパーや100均、書店、コンビニ、飲食店、図書館、24時間営業のジムなどが揃っており、非常に便利な立地です。JRを利用すれば三宮まで6分、大阪までも30分です。
Canal House is a spacious three-floors, 200㎡ house renovated into a share house, just a 7-minute walk from JR Hyogo Station.
The seven private rooms are priced from ¥44,000 to ¥55,000 per month (including utilities and common service fees). Each room comes fully furnished with appliances, has a window, and offers Wi-Fi access—so you can move in right away with just a suitcase.
Shared facilities include two sinks, two shower rooms, two toilets, and two washing machines for comfortable daily living.
The Hyogo Station area is extremely convenient, with supermarkets, 100-yen shops, bookstores, convenience stores, restaurants, a library, and even a 24-hour gym all nearby. By JR station, it’s only 6 minutes to Sannomiya and 30 minutes to Osaka, making it a perfect location for both work and leisure.

上沢ハウスは地下鉄の上沢駅から山側に徒歩8分にある、住宅街の一軒家を改装したシェアハウスです。
夜になると一切音が聞こえないほどの静かな6つの個室の家賃は36000円～45000円(光熱費込み、共益費込み)とおさえめとなっていますが、全室家具家電付き、Wi-Fiが利用可能です。
一軒家や学校、幼稚園が並んだ住宅街ですが、駅までの道にはコンビニがあり、駅の周りにはジムやケーキ屋など、少しお店がございます。また上沢駅から海側に歩くと神戸高速鉄道の大開駅がございますので、ここから神戸や大阪に出ることもできます。大開駅付近にはスーパー、ホームセンター、100均、飲食店などが並んでいます。
地下鉄沿線には大学が多く、神戸外大の学生や留学生の方にも多くご利用いただいております。
Kamisawa House is a renovated share house located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk from Kamisawa Subway Station.
It offers six peaceful private rooms, priced from ¥36,000 to ¥45,000 per month (including utilities and common fees). All rooms are fully furnished with appliances, have Wi-Fi, and are move-in ready.
The area is calm and safe, with a convenience store on the way to the station and a few shops like a gym and bakery nearby. Daikai Station on the Kobe Rapid Railway is also within walking distance, providing easy access to both Kobe and Osaka, as well as supermarkets and restaurants.
With many universities along the subway line, Kamisawa House is especially popular with students and international residents.

まずはメールにて見学をお申込み下さい。遠方で見学が難しい場合はオンラインでの対応も可能です。
見学後、ご希望のお部屋がございましたら初期費用をお支払いと書類のご提出をお願いします。
初期費用は保証金1か月と、入居当月、翌月の家賃の合計です。
初期費用と書類が確認出来ましたらシェアハウスの玄関の鍵と個室の鍵をお渡ししますので、当日ご入居下さい。
First, please contact us by email to arrange a viewing. If you are far away and cannot visit in person, we can also arrange an online viewing.
After the viewing, if you would like to reserve a room, please submit the required documents and pay the initial costs.The initial costs include a one-month security deposit plus the rent for the current and following month.
Once payment and documents are confirmed, we will provide you with the keys to the house and your private room. You can move in on the same day.

シェアハウスのルール
house rule for share house living
シェアハウスの生活のルールは主に以下です。
入居者の方が安心して快適に暮らせるようご協力をお願いします。
①共用部分のごみ捨ては一週間ごとの当番制です。
②共用部分は汚したらすぐに掃除をする（当番はありません）。
③共用部分では決められたエリア以外に私物を置かないこと。
④夜間、早朝の物音にはご注意下さい。
特に洗濯機、テレビ、スマホ、シャワーの音など、他の住人にご配慮ください。
⑤ペット飼育、喫煙、住人以外の立ち入り不可
⑥共用部分の掃除用具やごみ袋は管理人が準備します。
To ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following rules:

Garbage disposal in common areas is done on a weekly rotation basis.

Please clean up immediately if you make a mess in common spaces (there is no cleaning duty assigned).

Do not leave personal belongings in common areas outside the designated spaces.

Be mindful of noise during late night and early morning hours—especially sounds from the washing machine, TV, smartphones, or showers.

Pets, smoking, and entry of non-residents are not allowed.

Cleaning supplies and garbage bags for common areas will be provided by house manager.
