上沢ハウスは、地下鉄「上沢駅」から北へ徒歩8分の住宅街にある、一軒家を改装したシェアハウスです。

夜はとても静かで、落ち着いた環境の中で暮らせます。個室は全6室、家賃は 36,000円～45,000円（光熱費・共益費込み） と手ごろながら、全室に家具・家電を完備し、Wi-Fiも利用可能です。

周辺は昔ながらの住宅街で、学校や幼稚園も多く安心感があります。駅までの道にはコンビニがあり、駅周辺にはジムやケーキ屋さんなど日常を彩るお店も点在。さらに海側へ歩けば神戸高速鉄道「大開駅」にもアクセスでき、三宮や大阪、難波方面への移動にも便利です。大開駅周辺にはスーパーやホームセンター、100円ショップ、飲食店が集まっており、生活に必要なものが揃います。

また、地下鉄沿線には大学が多く、これまでに 神戸市外大の学生さんや留学生の方々にも多くご利用いただいています。

Kamisawa House is a renovated single-family home located in a quiet residential area, just an 8-minute walk north from Kamisawa Subway Station.

The neighborhood is very peaceful at night, offering a calm and relaxing living environment. The house has six private rooms, with rent ranging from 36,000 to 45,000 yen (utilities and common fees included). Each room is fully furnished with essential appliances, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The surrounding area is safe and family-friendly, with schools and kindergartens nearby. On the way to the station, you’ll find a convenience store, and around the station there are gyms, bakeries, and other local shops. Walking south takes you to Daikai Station on the Kobe Rapid Transit line, providing easy access to Sannomiya, Osaka, and Namba. The Daikai area also offers supermarkets, home centers, 100-yen shops, and many restaurants, making daily life convenient.

In addition, there are many universities along the subway line, and students from Kobe City University of Foreign Studies as well as international students have chosen to stay with us.
